Cuisine American
- ½ cup Mayonnaise (115g)
- ⅓ cup Ketchup (88g)
- 2 teaspoons Dill pickle juice (pickle brine)
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Sriracha
Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and mix together well with a spoon. Give it a little taste and feel free to adjust the ingredients to your liking.
Cover and place in the fridge for a couple of hours to allow the flavors to meld together. The longer it sits the yummier it gets, but if you can't wait, you can use it right away.
When ready to serve you can garnish it with a dusting of paprika and freshly chopped parsley if you like.
Serve with my Air Fryer Frozen French Fries or Air Fryer Frozen Sweet Potato Fries - enjoy!
- As mentioned, the longer you let the sauce sit the more the flavors will meld together and the better the sauce will be. Ideally, make it the day before you need it.
- Not everyone has a jar of pickles sitting in their fridge. You don't need to go out and buy a jar of pickles just to get a couple teaspoons of brine for it. You can substitute with apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, or white vinegar. Just add about half the amount as vinegar is more concentrated.
- Use your favorite hot sauce, if you don't have sriracha.
