As a child, I loved working in the kitchen, following recipes and occasionally experimenting with my own twists. As I got older, I discovered a similar sense of creativity and precision in lab work, which led me to earn a BSc in Biochemistry and Microbiology and pursue a career in cancer research. I firmly believe that the food we eat profoundly affects our health. That’s why I prioritize using whole ingredients and limiting processed foods in my recipes. Still, I understand that life gets busy, so I offer convenient substitutions when needed. It’s all about balance—no judgment here!
